The Bay St. George Community Employment Corporation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating and securing meaningful employment opportunities with equitable pay compensation for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The Corporation operates under a strong mandate to promote inclusion and equality in the workforce. Its efforts are made possible through funding grants provided by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Government of Canada.
