For more than 20 years, the mandate of HORIZON TNL (formerly RDÉE TNL) has focused on the economic progress of the province, using French as a catalyst to drive economic development.

Our top priorities are employability, immigration, entrepreneurship, and tourism.

Horizon TNL creates and supports initiatives to vitalize the economic development of Francophones in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Citizens and Residents

For Francophone jobseekers who are citizens, permanent or temporary residents, and students: we offer one-on-one consultations in person, by phone, or by videoconference to assess your career goals and to establish strategies to achieve them.

Immigrants

Our Immigration, Recruitment, and Employability Advisor supports French-speaking newcomers to Newfoundland and Labrador with their integration into the labour market - free of charge!

We assist clients by:

  • Offering personalized individual consultations by telephone or videoconference
  • Evaluating your immigration goals
  • Exploring the possibility of sponsorship with employers

Business Start-up Assistance

This service is for Francophones with a business endeavour, as well as entrepreneurs wishing to expand their market. Our economic development officers can guide you, help answer questions that you may have, and provide information on a variety of topics

HORIZON TNL strives to raise awareness of the importance of hiring qualified and bilingual immigrant workers, while offering employers personalized support in their workforce recruitment and retention.
